Victory day fair,2019 is observered on BSCIC,Khulna premise with proper dignity and formality that was inaagurated by DC Helal Hossain. More than twenty two stalls took part in the fair. At the end of the fair certificates were delivered to the stall taker of the fair.In the closing talking ceremony DC sir took part also.
