How to Get Which Service

According to Information Right Act,2009  any citizen of Bangladesh can get his wanted information from any government and non government organization following the methods mentioned below:

 

According to this law to get information from any government and nongovernment organization one has to contact with the concerned officer of the concerned office.

 

The applicants have to submit application in predefined application format in person/email.  

 

The concerned officer will provide the information in hard copy/photo copy/soft copy usually within 20 days and 30 days in special cases.

 

If the concerned officer is reluctant in providing  information, the applicant has to make aware by appling within 10(ten) days following the definite method/format.

 

If the applicant do not get information or become angry he can apply to the concerned authority(in definite format/form).

 

The appellate authority  will settle the appeal within 15(fifteen) days of getting that.
