5. Providing project appraisal after preparation of the new and potential industries, project preparation and appraisal

6. Providing suggestion and technical assistance on establishing industrial unit, producing and promoting goods

7. Inventing and providing high quality design

8. Invention, collection and supply of the adaptable technology with industry

9. Collection, accumulation and providing of information on investment in small and cottage industry, technical and other information on production and marketing.

10. Executing necessary research and survey in the stuffs related to extension of industry

11. Providing training on promoting expertise and entrepreneurship

12. Arranging fairs/exhibitions for assisting entrepreneurs in marketing of products
