(A)Preparation of project profile and implementing survey:
First Step:- Application of entrepreneur
Second Step:- Take an interview
Third Step:- Inspecting the project
Fourth Step:- Analyzing probability of the total
Fifth Step:- Preparation of profile and distribution/ Preparation of market analysis and distribution
(B) Fair and Exhibition:
First Step:- Application of entrepreneur for participating in the fair
Second Step:- Inspection of the institution and ensuring the quality of the produced goods
Third Step:- In the required condition,allocation of stall by the committee after taking fees
(C)Approval of layout plan:-
First Step:- Accepting the given layout plan of industrial estate and industrial Service Center.
Second Step:- Testing the submitted layout plan by the defined comitee and approving if it is valid and sending to the BSCIC Head Office with recommendation if it requires.
Third Step:- Sending the approved layout plan to the Industrial State with necessary instruction
(D) Approval of change of industrial unit,field and ownership:
First Step:- Accepting application regarding change of industrial unit,field and ownership from Industrial Estate and Industrial Service Center
Second Step:- Inspecting industrial unit of the convened industrial estate for changing name,field and ownership of the industrial unit.
Third Step:- Sending that for approval to the BSCIC Head Office with recommendation after selection by the defined committee
(E)Allocation of plot of Industrial Unit:
First Step:- Accepting application on white paper by the entrepreneur for allocating plot in Industrial Estate .
Second Step:- Offering application letter and prospectus after receiving fees from the concerned Industrial Estate if the application is approved. Third Step:- Sending application letter from the Industrial Estate to the Industrial Service Center if the application letter is accepted.
Fourth Step:- Sending application letter to the concerned District Land Allocation Committee for approval after being verified the application by the committee
Fifth Step:- Approving of the plot in the meeting of the concerned District Land Allocation Committee.
Sixth Step:- Issuing allocation letter of the approved plot from the concerned Industrial Estate
